SPECIAL TOPIC: Mindfulness & Speaking Anxiety
Most people are uncomfortable with giving presentations as they are faced with a constant stream of negative chatter in the mind. We're afraid to make mistakes, get judged by others, and end up humiliating ourselves. Fear of public speaking is rated as our No. 1 fear - placed even before the fear of death. Experiencing speaking anxiety is normal, and it's almost impossible to get rid of it, but there are ways to manage it more positively and effectively. Join us at this mindfulness session to learn how to deal with speaking anxiety through mindfulness knowledge and practice!
